I first became interested in musculoskeletal medicine through my own sports-relatedinjuries. Through my rehab journey and my interactions with various orthopedic surgeons, I became fascinated with the human body's function and ability to heal. MSK Matters provides us with a unique opportunity to promote musculoskeletal research while working collaboratively with a group of hardworking peers. As social media manager, I hope to increase awareness of our student-run journey and its submissions throughout the Geisinger system.
