My interest in MSK health stems from witnessing the transformative impact of restoring mobility during a hospital rotation in Ecuador, where I saw how orthopedic care could dramatically improve patients' quality of life. Growing up with an awareness of healthcare disparities, I developed a passion for promoting equitable and culturally competent care. I am particularly drawn to musculoskeletal health because of its ability to restore independence and improve overall well-being. As Community Service Editor, I aim to uncover and share resources that bridge gaps in care, foster collaboration, and promote recovery strategies that prioritize inclusivity and holistic well-being.
