As a graduate of the MBS program at Geisinger and a current third year student at ATSU, I have become more interested in the MSK system. As an active person, I have always enjoyed many forms of exercise, but learning osteopathic manipulation opened my eyes to a lot of different treatments and ways to improve the quality of patients’ lives more conservatively. Because of this eye-opening experience, I am potentially interested in pursuing PM&R and helping patients with traumatic injuries and long hospital stays get back on their feet and improving their quality of life.
