My passion for musculoskeletal health stems from my experience investigating cognition following traumatic injuries. As our population continues to age, many older adults confront challenges associated with diminished autonomy following musculoskeletal injuries. Understanding the interplay between movement and the brain is essential for enhancing the quality of life for adults long-term. In my role as community service editor, I am dedicated to exploring the relationship between cognition and musculoskeletal health. I aim to identify opportunities for healthcare professionals to integrate these spheres by uncovering community resources to support holistic recovery strategies.
