STUDENT ALLIANCE
MISSION STATEMENT
The MSK Student Alliance aims to connect professional students across the country that are interested in musculoskeletal medicine, such as orthopedics, sports medicine, rheumatology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain management and physical therapy.
OUR HISTORY
Developed in 2020 in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, several medical schools in Pennsylvania started a Zoom series to highlight each institution’s residency program, as well as providing a platform for physicians across these institutions to share their expertise with interested students! Since then, the program has expanded to include more than a dozen schools across seven different states.

The interest in this alliance has allowed for unprecedented growth and collaboration amongst students interested in musculoskeletal medicine. Our goal is to continue to encourage partnership between institutions, provide well-rounded educational experiences for students, and be a resource for students in musculoskeletal medicine.
